Each buyer is entitled to one coupon (or sale) per order. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or sales/promotions.

No worries! We gladly accept returns and exchanges when contacted within 30 days of delivery.

Once you have a tracking number, you may send this to me, so I may track your return and issue a refund.

All packages are shipped via UPSP, UPS, FedEx or DHL with tracking AND insurance, whichever gets to you in the designated time. The cost of shipping reflects these services in addition to shipping costs. All shipping info can be found on Etsy at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in the mail (over 1 week past expected shipping), please contact us at info@zehnaria.com, so that I may reship your order. If your order is damaged, please send your order number and a picture of your damaged order to info@zehnaria.com.

Sublimation printing technique embeds your design into the material of your chosen product rather than printing on top of it. It starts with your design being printed on a sheet of paper. The sublimation paper is infused with sublimation ink that is then transferred to the material using a heat press.

Heat opens up the material of the printed item and activates the sublimation ink. For the ink to become part of the material, it’s put under immense pressure and exposed to high temperatures of 350–400 ºF (176–205 ºC). The ink is then mixed with the coating, so when heat and pressure are applied to transfer the image, it becomes part of the mug.
