At Zehnaria, we value our customers and strive to exceed our customers expectations. We hold our products to the highest standards and expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason feel free to return it within 30 days (see additional information below).   

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days; therefore, items can be returned within 30 days of customer receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges that are past 30 days of customer receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items

In your email please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • A picture showing the item (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
We gladly accept returns and exchanges when contacted within 30 days of delivery.  Buyers must pay shipping fees to ship your order to the following return address:

Once you have a tracking number, you may send this to me, so I may track your return and issue a refund.

When refund is processed, the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@Zehnaria.com with an image of the damage to your item.  Then, you may send your item to:

Once you have a tracking number, you may send this to me, so I may track your return and reship your item.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is misplaced or lost in the mail.
