Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zehnaria. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the order date. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
During the holiday seasons when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow an additional 3-5 days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We only ship in the United States. Shipping charges for your first item is a fixed rate of $5.99. Each additional item will add $4.50 per item. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping is not available.
All packages are shipped via UPSP, UPS, FedEx or DHL with tracking AND insurance. The cost of shipping reflects these services in addition to shipping costs. Delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Zehnaria ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please send us a picture of your damaged product and we are happy to reship your order.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
